TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Selling period runs from February 28 to March 31, 2023 for stay dates March 1 to April 1, 2023.
- Hotel room includes room accommodation, complimentary breakfast for two (2), Manila Ocean Park 8-attractions package for two (2), and Zenyu Eco Spa Treatment (choice of Hot Bed Treatment OR Full Body Fish Spa) for two (2).
- Complimentary breakfast, Manila Ocean Park tickets and Zenyu Eco Spa Hot Bed Treatment or Full Body Fish Spa are valid on stay dates only. Inclusions are not transferable and are valid for the registered hotel guests only
- Advance room reservation is required at least two (2) days prior to arrival/check-in date. Discount is not applicable to one day prior and walk-in/same-day reservations.

- Rates are inclusive of taxes.
- Permitted Guests:
- Fully vaccinated guests between the ages of eighteen (18) years old and above are allowed to stay at Hotel H2O.
- Guests ages 0-17 years old and above 65 years old are subject to the most current IATF guidelines
- Extra person charge applies in excess of two (2) adults and two (2) children 11 years old and below. Children twelve (12) years old and above should pay the adult rate.
- Prepayment is required through bank deposit and credit card payment.
- Cancellation or amendment of the reservation is not allowed. In the event of no show, the entire reservation will be charged/ forfeited.
- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

House Rules and Guidelines
Incidental Deposit:
- Php 2000 cash deposit will be asked upon check-in for incidental charges. Should there be no additional charges incurred, the full amount will be refunded upon check-out.
Reservation:
- Check-in time: 14.00 hours
- Check-out time: 12.00 hours
- The room rate is for a maximum of 2 adults, any additional person will be charged at Php 1,100, including children 12 years old and above (Breakfast and Manila Ocean Park tickets not included)
- Valid ID is required upon check in
House Rules:
- No visitors allowed inside guest rooms. They may be entertained at the Club Lounge until 10:30 PM only
- One free car park slot is available, free of charge for in-house guests
- Wifi internet access is free of charge
- Hotel H2O is a non-smoking hotel
- Outside food / deliveries to hotel rooms are not allowed
- Pets, firearms, deadly weapons, and drugs are strictly prohibited in the hotel
- Guests must strictly observe and comply with COVID-19 safety protocols and measures implemented by the hotel as required by relevant laws, rules and regulations. Guests are required to wear masks in public spaces within the hotel. StaySafe.ph contact tracing system must be accomplished by all guests
- Manila Ocean Park 8-Attractions Package includes: Oceanarium, Trails to Antarctica – Penguin Exhibit, Trails to Antarctica – Christmas Village, Jellies Dancing Sea Fairies, World of Creepy Crawlies, Super Toy Collection, Sea Lion Show and All Star Bird Show. Tickets are subject to Manila Ocean Park Ticket Terms and Conditions.
- Manila Ocean Park attraction schedule is subject to change depending on weather and operational conditions
- Redemption time of Zenyu Eco Spa Treatment (choice of Hot Bed Treatment or Full Body Fish Spa) will be from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Schedule will be subject to availability.
